25 March 2020
Following the latest announcement from the Government detailing further restrictions to delay the spread of Covid-19, we have taken the necessary decision to temporarily close our office until further notice.
A few key staff are working from home to continue to deal with affected departures. They will be in contact with you shortly, if not already.
It goes without saying that once travel restrictions are lifted, we anticipate an influx of bookings as we all attempt to get back to normal life. Therefore, we are also working on our end of 2020/ early 2021 programme to ensure that there are lots of options to book when we return. We are missing all of our wonderful customers and hoping it will not be too long before our wheels are turning once again!
We thank you for your lovely messages of support in these trying times. We are all in this together and urge you all to stay safe. We cannot thank you enough See you Soon.

What is currently happening goes against everything we do! We revel in being out and about every day of the week travelling to wonderful destinations and major events and attractions.
We miss seeing familiar happy faces. We know it has only been a few days but it is with a heavy heart that we need to further extend the postponing of our Holidays, Short Breaks and day Excursions. The Middletons Bakery has closed temporarily! We will now be contacting our customer booked up to and including the 30th April.
We have spent the last few days calling those customers whose departure is imminent and are the first affected. To those of you we have spoken to already thank you for your consideration, care and understanding in these unsettling times. We will continue from tomorrow to speak to you individually to ensure you are aware our Coaches are currently resting until the end of April.
We are continuing to liaise with all our Suppliers and as we reach agreements and proposed new departures for future, we will share this information with you.
Our Office Staff will continue tomorrow to make calls to our customers affected up to and including the 30th April. We really appreciate you awaiting our call and allowing us to manage one departure at a time.
Please take care of yourselves and we very much look forward to seeing you very soon. We will continue to follow Government Guidelines and to keep you updated on a regular basis.
From everyone at Middletons Tours - Stay Safe - See you very soon!

At Middletons Tours the health and safety of our Customer and Staff is our Number One priority. We understand this is extremely unsettling times and causing everyone great concern.
We feel in the interest of all Customers travelling with us over the next 7 Days (up to and including the 23rd March) that all Holidays/Day Excursions should be suspended in light of the Government advice issued today. We understand this will come as a shock, but our primary thoughts and consideration are for our lovely loyal customers.
Boris Johnson has urged us to avoid any unnecessary travel. He has not stipulated how long this will be in force for and therefore we need to address this ongoing situation on a regular basis as more information is made available to us.
We very much appreciate the support of our customers in these extremely difficult times. We urge you to bear with us to give us time to deal with each of our Holidays and Day Excursions by date order. We want to reassure our customers that you will not lose out and that we will credit monies to use on a later date.
We need to pull together, to support one another and most importantly protect those most at risk in our society.
During this time we are experiencing an unprecedented level of call/email volume and we ask that you wait for us to contact you regarding your individual booking. Please do not contact us, we ask that you allow us to contact each of our customer in date of travel order.
We would like to thank you for you patience and understanding during this incredibly difficult period in time The Middletons Team
