The Babbacombe Hotel - Tribute Weekend

Day 1

We head to Babbacombe to arrive at our accommodation early afternoon. Situated on the beautiful English Riviera, Babbacombe is a stunning coastal resort on the edge of Torquay. The Babbacombe Hotel enjoys stunning views across Lyme Bay.

This evening prepare to be 'Wowed' by Martin Cox - Absolutely Elton. From the opening number you will be transported back to the glam 70s era! As Elton emerges in flamboyant style , the classic songs come thick and fast, rocking the baby grand piano, the show belts along with witty introductions and amazing vocals. Martin Cox has been a professional entertainer for over thirty years. The show continues with all the hits from the 80s and 90s, 'I'm still stanidng'. 'Blue Eyes', 'Nikita', 'Candle in the Wind', 'Benny & The Jets' and many more.....

Day 2

This morning after breakfast we head to the charming Dartmouth, situated on the mouth of the River Dart. With its charming historic streets, scenic river location and surrounded by South Devon countryside, you have to go a long way to find a town as pretty. We return to Babbacombe mid afternoon.
Tonight's entertainment is Dani Graham, who performs an authentic tribute to Dolly Parton, featuring the very best of songs from the superstar's career! '9 to 5', 'Islands in the Stream', 'Jolene', and the power ballad 'I will always love you'. Her show authentically encompases everything that is Dolly Parton, from stage presence, looks, vocal ability, costumes, right down to the chucklesome and cheeky personality that is the Queen of Country Music!

Day 3

This morning we head to the picturesque fishing port of Brixham, which revolves around a busy harbour, lined with pubs and cafes serving the fishermen's daily catch. Enjoy the final afternoon in Babbacombe. Alternatively, today is free to enjoy all the delights of Babbacombe. You will find independent shops, cosy tearooms and many attractions including the Babbacombe Model Village, Bygones Victorian Museum and its Cliff Top Railway.

Tonight our entertainer is Gaz Jenkins as 'Billy Joel'. Gaz has been working as a professional entertainer since graduating college in 1999. With his training in theatre, Gaz brings the fire and passion of the 'Piano Man' to the stage, along with authentic costumes and choreography that will make you believe that you have travelled back in time to see the Long Island boy in his prime.

Day 4

A leisurely start to the day before we bid farewell to Babbacombe and commence our journey back home.
